Leather wastewater treatment facilities
Category:Wastewater Treatment Projects & Facilities
Description
Biological tower, namely, tower biological filter,is the third sewage treatment operation for biological filter, belong to aerobic diposal way.it is entitled with following properties, highly in both waterpower load and organic load, endure upper impact load, adopting aeration naturally, saving the consuming of supply oxygen.occupy small space, management expediently.operation expanse low, comparing with active sludge, produce litte sludge and so on .
Improvement greatly in filteration materials in recent year ,arise interspace rate, surface widely, endure erode, strong filteration materials, exert the superiority of biological filter.
Main purpose
Organic waste water diposal of high chroma, for example, curry, brewage, fish machining, bean machining ,ramee, gluewater, printing ,fulling and so on.general speaking ,high chroma waste water (above COD1000mg/l ),it is hard to reach let standard via first-class treatment.so we adopt the equipmentand other diposal way to handle high chroma waster water to let standard according to waste water.
Basic work principle
Organic matter is assimilated by animalcule when sewage contact with filteration materials, and form biology film on the surface of filteration materials. biology film is the matter of animalcule density high, it buildup the ecosystem, such as,aerobic, anaerobic, syllepsis, epiphyte, raw animal and superior animal .biology film adsorb organic matter of aquifer firstly, then decompose aerobic. several matter are transmited in the inside and outside of biology film.namely ,mixed oxygen and flow aquifer.and transmit biology film through accrete aquifer to offer animalcule’s respiration, organic matter from sewage transmit from flow aquier to accrete aquifer, then degradation after entering into biology film, the metalolism of animalcule let along its opposition orientation.organic pollutant which dissolve in water via the metalolism of animalcule to reach adsorption ,oxygen decompound and depuration.
